When removing the dust on the filter bag, remember to close the chamber lifting valve first, and cut off the filtered airflow, then the electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a very short time, flowing into the filter bag, which make filter bag expanded and deformed to generate vibration, and under the action of the reverse airflow flushing, the dust sticking to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the dust hopper.

1. Cleaning control process:

The cleaning is performed by pulse valve blowing method, and the chamber is cleaned.

When the bag dust collector is in normal operation, the dust-containing gas enters the filter through the inlet valve and the stub tube of the dust hopper, and the coarser particles are settled naturally in the dust hopper, and the fine dust rises through the filter bag with the airflow.

Due to the effects of collision, sieving, hooking and interception, the dust is retained on the outer wall surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas coming out of the filter bag is discharged through the offline valve, air duct, fan and chimney are discharged into the atmosphere.

When the dust layer on the outside of the filter bag is gradually thickened, the resistance of the bag filter is increased.

When the specified value or set period is reached, the dust is removed circularly from the first chamber to the other chamber.

2.Dust discharging and dust control process:

The dust falls into the dust hopper, and each chamber takes turns to discharge the dust. First, the star discharge valve is operated. At the same time, the air gun in the chamber is sprayed. After the chamber is discharged for a period of time, then the dust discharging work is done. So the next chamber will take the same process for dust discharging.

The dust that is removed from each chamber dust hopper falls into the conveyor, and is sent to the dust storage bin by the hoist.

3.Dust discharging control process:
