The main production technology is the use of “strip feeding and rolling”.

The process flow is:

1. Mainly to check the appearance quality and size specifications of profiles.

4.The stripping and rolling processes are important process. The strip feeding is feeding thermal barrier strip, into the tooth track of the insulated aluminum profile through the strip feeding device, and then passes through the rolling equipment. The insulated aluminum profiled profile is pressed together with a polyvinyl chloride strip.

5 The insulating cavity filled polyurethane foam process is for the foamed heat-insulating aluminum profile. The aluminum profile is placed in the two-component metering compounder, and is naturally foamed by pouring into the heat-insulating cavity through the mixing nozzle.
